Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) Construction division, specializing in buildings and factories, has recently been awarded a contract by a multinational company to construct a commercial office space in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The project boasts an impressive built-up area of approximately 14.85 lakh sq. ft.
The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) scope will include external development activities and involve the construction of a 6B+G+12 floor structure. L&T Construction will be responsible for civil works and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Notably, the project will incorporate composite steel construction technology for the structural component, ensuring efficiency and strength.
The completion target for this commercial project is set for 2026.
