In Miami, a city known for its sparkling coastal skyline and modern architecture, a chic newcomer is set to make its mark. This newcomer, located at 888 Brickell Avenue in Downtown Miami, will be dressed in a stylish combination of black and ivory, crowned with an intricate gold crown.

This 90 storey structure will be constructed using matte black steel beams, reaching a soaring height of 1,049 ft. It will match the city’s tallest buildings, such as the Waldorf Astoria Miami and The Towers, when it’s completed in 2027, all adhering to the city’s maximum allowable height set by the Federal Aviation Administration.

What sets this new development apart is its association with a renowned fashion brand, Dolce & Gabbana. This marks the Italian label’s entry into the real estate world, extending its influence from fashion to living spaces.

The residential tower and 5-star hotel offer a range of one-to-four-bedroom condos, each uniquely curated by designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. Residents can choose from various marble options and colour palettes, including white with Bianco Striata Marble, black with Nero Marquina Marble, and gold with Giallo Imperiale Marble.

The interiors, overseen by Dolce & Gabbana, promise opulent living spaces with Venetian chandeliers, freestanding bathtubs, and breathtaking ocean views. The building’s facade, designed by Studio Sofield, adds to its allure, making it a standout addition to Miami’s skyline.

Residents at 888 Brickell will have access to a range of upscale amenities commonly found in luxury buildings. These amenities encompass restaurants, bars, fitness and wellness facilities, as well as shared offices and meeting spaces. Notably, there is a sprawling 4,000 sq ft pool deck featuring a generous 44 ft long pool. From this vantage point, residents can relish panoramic views that stretch across the Atlantic Ocean, encompassing Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. Prices will commence at approximately $3.5 million, with the most extravagant properties commanding prices exceeding $35 million.
